The job was never just about filling vacancies. Every role I worked on taught me something I wasn't expecting.


Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone

One day, I was learning technical jargon just to understand an engineering position. The next, I was mapping talent in a highly competitive market.

  • Others valued precision over everything else.
  • Some roles looked straightforward on paper but turned out to be the hardest to hire for.
